General terms

International transports performed by System Transport as carrier are according to the CMR – Convention (Danish law no. 47 of 10.03.1965 regarding international goods traffic by road).

Other terms
All tasks are performed according to the ordinary rules and regulations (NSAB 2000) of "Nordisk Speditørforbund”. These rules and regulations limit our responsibility for loss of, reduction of, or damage to goods to SDR 8.33 per kg and for delay up to the freight amount, maximum SDR 50,000 for each order. By storing the forwarding agent’s total responsibility for damage by one and the same incident is limited to SDR 500,000 (§27). Attention is especially drawn to the fact that there is a limited period of 1 year (§30) on claims against the forwarding agent, and that the lien (§14) includes both present and former claims. Claim on freight etc. must be paid regardless of the delivery terms of the trade agreement.(§10).

1 Ldm = 1850 kg /5.5 Cbm
1 Pallet space (120 x 80 cm) = 0.4 Ldm/740 kg

Insurance
We arrange product and transport insurances as per agreement.

Exchange of pallets
Pallets are only exchanged as per written agreement and at a charge. The principal is always responsible for correct exchange of pallets at recipient.

System Transport only exchanges pallets marked according to the rules of the Danish Standards Association (DS211 132-2. edition).

The offer is based on current rates and exchange rates and is excl. VAT and other duties, but incl. the current German MAUT. The prices are also excl. the current derv. (diesel oil) adjustment factor.

Acceptance and validity
The offer is valid if it is accepted within a month or as per agreement.
